have access to the Domain Guardian email where DomainGuard password
reminders are sent, you must first verify your identity before we
will release your DomainGuard password.
Please download and complete the DomainGuard password recovery
(DGPR) form below, specifying the email address where you would
like password reminders sent. You will be required to provide
proof of your identity.
Once completed and signed, fax this form to the number provided.
Upon receipt, your information will be verified by a support agent.
After your identity is verified, we will resend your DomainGuard
password to the specified email address.
There is a $10 charge for this identity verification service,
which must be received before we are able to process your request.
