Why did you choose Hostway as an employer?
The interview process was intriguing - I had a chance to talk to people from several different departments, all of whom were genuinely interested in what I could bring to the company. They weren't just thorough in assessing my strengths and weaknesses; they assessed them in light of my future growth, and they were open to discussion and ideas. Those things in addition to a relaxed, fun, but intense atmosphere made the decision an easy one.
What does your job consist of?
I help build and maintain powerful tools that the company and our customers use to make their work easier.
What is your favorite aspect of Hostway?
Working with smart people who actually care about doing the best job they can.

I'm not old enough to have distilled my life experience into a single, succinct statement, but I do have hobbies: martial arts, travel, computers, and learning about every subject I can get my hands on.

Why did you choose Hostway as your employer?
I chose Hostway because it is a relatively young company and has already established itself as a powerhouse in the Hosting industry. Even with a tough economy, Hostway still drives forward with enormous external and internal growth with confidence and prestige.
What does your job consist of?
My job consists of speaking with customers regarding their hosting needs over the phone and via email, and providing them with the hosting plan that best fits their needs.
What is your favorite aspect of Hostway?
My favorite thing about Hostway is the atmosphere. There is a fun, friendly, yet professional work environment with great people to work with!
What is a quote you live by?
A quote that I live by is "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step."
What are your hobbies?
My hobbies include soccer, golf, live music and trying new restaurants in Chicagoland.

Why did you choose Hostway as an employer?
I was very impressed with the people and the laid-back atmosphere. I knew Hostway was one of the few stable, growing companies at the time, especially because most companies were downsizing.
What does your job consist of?
My job consists of trouble shooting technical problems our customers encounter. I spend the majority of my time answering phone calls and emails from our customers and helping them with any issues they have. Their questions range anywhere from setting up an email account to connecting to their MySQL database. It is definitely challenging and a great way to learn the technical side of hosting.
What is your favorite aspect of Hostway?
My favorite thing about Hostway is the young, laid back atmosphere. This is right up my alley. I love being able to wear shorts and a t-shirt to work. Also, the people are great. They work hard but also relax and have a good time.
